AES  is hiring Commercial & Residential Air Duct Technicians for one of our clients located in Merriam, KS. Prior experience is not required, but it is a plus.

As an Air Duct Technician, you must be highly motivated, self-driven, a self-starter, and possess great communication skills. You also must be able to withhold a professional demeanor while inside customers' homes or businesses. In order to be considered for this position, you must have your own transportation and a valid driver's license. All training and tools needed to perform the job will be provided by our client.

Air Duct Technician Job Description / Requirements:

• Working at commercial and residential locations
• Assisting in the cleaning of air ducts
• Well-organized, self-motivated, and detail oriented
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent work ethics and integrity
• Ability to work in confined spaces and heights, ladder work required, dusty and greasy environment - Must be okay with working with hands and getting dirty
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Experience with HVAC cleaning or grease duct-work is a plus
• Display customer service skills with homeowners and project managers
• Assist in the set-up/tear-down of equipment.
• Ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
• Travel throughout Kansas City metropolitan area
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Clean-up of the work area and account for all tools and equipment being returned to the truck before departure from each job-site

Work Schedule / Shift:

• 1st shift starts at 7am, Monday-Friday
• 2nd shift starts at 2:30pm Monday-Thursday
• Must have the flexibility to work either shifts; days, nights, and weekends.
