AES is hiring a Machine Operator for one of our clients in Johnson County, KS. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating various manual and automated equipment in the high-speed production process.

Machine Operator Job Description / Requirements:

• Must have good work ethics and attendance
• Set up machinery and ensure all production materials are available
• Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed
• Visually inspect production run and document results
• Determine and report malfunctions to appropriate personnel
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area
• Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment
• Basic math skills, writing, and reading comprehension
• Prior production / manufacturing machine operation experience preferred
