Job Title: Plastic Fabricator
Location: Kansas City, MO
Salary: $14 - $18 / Hour (DOE)

Job Summary:
Sets up and operates various machinery, heat bending tables, table saws, routers, drill press, and band saw to produce plastics units and products to customer specifications. Works from drawings, templates, layouts, samples or verbal instructions to plan methods of construction, bending and forming allowances. May perform fastening and joining operations and may use a variety of hand tools incidental to the work.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Attention to detail
- Strong math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- Experience with table and band saws, drill press, table routers, sanders, and hand tools
- Be able to use and understand precision measuring equipment
- Must have the ability to read and understand blueprints, customer sketches, written specifications and/or drawings
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and be able to be on feet throughout the work shift
- Perform in fast-paced environment and ability to multi-task
Essential Functions:
- Cut, route, machine, heat bend, fabricate plastic material from drawings and blueprints.
- Insure quality control standards are maintained while meeting production schedules.
- Report accurate hours and quantities of parts completed in ERP system.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Additional Requirements:
- Maintain area around machinery in a neat, clean and orderly manner
- Must pass drug screening
- Other duties as assigned
Attendance Requirements:
- Work Schedule: 8:00 am – 4:45 pm (Monday – Friday); Overtime as required.
- Maintain acceptable attendance
